Unbelievable facts

Pandemics and disasters have plagued humanity for centuries.

It is not surprising that at such moments people always tried to find out whether global cataclysms would end, turning to well-known predictors.

Some believe that Bulgarian predictor Vanga allegedly foresaw the outbreak of the COVID-19 coronavirus several decades ago.

Many people found similar statements from Nostradamus, who is also known for predicting a number of important historical events. One psychic's prophecies were also found that were surprisingly close to the truth.

Wang on coronavirus

According to eyewitnesses, Baba Vanga warned that “The Crown will be everywhere” in 1996.

Vangelia Pandeva Gushterova, better known as Baba Vanga, is one of the most famous clairvoyants in human history, and many of her supposed prophecies have proven to be accurate.

She predicted her death at the age of 84 in 1996, and now many believe that she also saw the massive coronavirus pandemic that began in China at the end of 2019.

According to Neshka Stefanova Robeva, 73, Vanga warned her about the coronavirus shortly before her death.

She said that a clairvoyant said to her: “Neshka, the crown will be everywhere.”

There were also eyewitnesses who claim that Vanga predicted an outbreak of coronavirus in her notes.

She warned: “The disease will spread all over the world and affect a huge number of people, but will soon disappear. This is because solar activity will fall sharply by 2021.”

Nostradamus on coronavirus

Vanga wasn't the only one who predicted the coronavirus outbreak. It is believed that the famous prophet Nostradamus wrote three different quatrains where he could predict the outbreak of COVID-19.

A 16th-century French physician wrote many supposed visions of the future, most of which were published in his book The Predictions of Michel Nostradamus. He is believed to have foreseen the Great Fire of London in 1666 and Adolf Hitler's rise to power in 1933.

He presented his predictions in the form of quatrains – quatrains.

In Michel Nostradamus's book “The Predictions of Michel Nostradamus” in the 5th Century in the 63rd quatrain, the French predictor wrote:

Due to unnecessary enterprise and unjustified complaints

Latin boats, wandering from cold, hunger, waves,

near the Tiber, the ground is covered in blood

various epidemics will fall on humanity.

Nostradamus mentions the Tiber River in Italy, which is considered a symbol of the country and its history. The quatrain also hints at a European nation that has been particularly affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

Also in the Second Century, in the 6th quatrain, he wrote:

There will be two disasters

equals to whom no one has seen before

famine, plague, people driven out by arms,

crying to the great immortal god for relief.

The Second Century also says in the 19th quatrain:

Newcomers will build without protection

will take a place previously uninhabited

meadows, houses, fields, cities will be taken for fun

But famine, plague, and war will make it difficult to cultivate the land.

Although the coronavirus has already infected more than 276,000 people and killed more than 11,000 people at the time of writing this article, this disease is hardly a plague.

Skeptics argue that Nostradamus's quatrains are too vague to take them literally.

Psychic Sylvia Brown on coronavirus

There were also users who found that psychic Sylvia Browne predicted the coronavirus in her book End of Days: Predictions and Prophecies about the End of the World of Days: Predictions and Prophecies About the End of the World) in 2008.

She wrote:

“Around 2020, a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread across the globe, affecting the lungs and bronchi without responding to any known treatment.”

“It will be even stranger that the disease will disappear as suddenly as it appeared, and will come back 10 years later, and then completely disappear.”

It's hard to say whether this is just a coincidence or if the psychic really had a hunch about the coronavirus.

However, many of her predictions did not come true, including that people would be microchipped to treat mental illnesses by 2014 or that diseases such as blindness and deafness would disappear.
