The Great Sphinx
One of the most ancient sculptures in the world, without a doubt, can be called the statue of the Sphinx. In addition, it is also one of the most mysterious sculptures, because the mystery of the Sphinx has not yet been fully solved. The sphinx is a creature with a female head, the paws and body of a lion, the wings of an eagle and the tail of a bull.

The Pyramid of Mikerin
The pyramid of Mykerin is located on the Giza plateau next to other equally famous Egyptian pyramids — Cheops and Chephren. Compared to its “giant” neighbors, this is the smallest (its height is only 62 m) and the “youngest” pyramid of the famous triad.

The Pyramid of Cheops
Probably, there is no one who would not know the main Egyptian attraction — the pyramid of Cheops. And tourists who have visited Egypt and have not visited the only one of the Seven Wonders of the world that has survived, can only be counted on one hand.

The Pyramid of Khafren
The pyramid of Khafren has two entrances. One is at a height of 15 m, the other is on the same side, but at the base level. Tourists enter through the upper entrance and continue along the passage-corridor to the burial chamber.

Bahariya
Of the five largest oases in the Egyptian part of the Sahara, Bahariya is the closest to Cairo — 365 km away. Villages in this place existed back in the time of the pharaohs, but the 7 villages that make up the valley became known to tourists only 20 years ago.

Papyrus Museum
The Papyrus Museum is small, but interesting for its practical approach. It describes in detail the process of making papyrus, how it has changed over time. There are Russian-speaking guides, but it is not difficult to understand the tour without their help.
