Our heart works every second, thereby ensuring the full functioning of the whole body. It is not surprising that this particular organ wears out faster and more than others, especially if you do not pay enough attention to it. The result of careless treatment of the heart is serious cardiac pathologies, the progression of which is fraught with death.

The most dangerous foods for the heart are foods that contain large amounts of harmful fats, namely margarine, modified fats, sausages, canned foods, smoked products, pastries.

Refusal from salt is another step towards a healthy heart, because this product retains water in the body, which leads to increased blood pressure and increased heart load.

It is important to eat in moderation, as overeating contributes to blood clotting, which increases the risk of developing a heart attack.

In addition, it is recommended to include in the diet healthy drinks made from natural ingredients that support heart function and strengthen blood vessels. Step-by-step recipes for making such drinks will be discussed below.
